Introduction
FUM is an essential oil aromatherapy device that allows individuals to utilize essential oils anywhere.

Please note that you are using these products at your own risk as everyone reacts differently to essential oils. If you are concerned about the risks and adverse reactions of essential oils, do not use FUM. RDFN FUM Natural Products takes no responsibility for the use of this product. 

Statements made on this website or on social media have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or Health Canada. These products and information are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Anyone suffering from disease or injury should consult with a physician. If you are currently on medication, please DO NOT STOP. Consult your doctor before using essential oils or FUM products. FUM products should not be used to replace any medications or be a substitute for your doctor’s advice. FUM will take no liability for the misuse of any of our products. Consumers are recommended to use FUM according to the instructions.

FUM encourages consumers to read the ingredients of the essential oils before use. If you are allergic to or intolerant of any product, or experience nausea or dizziness while using FUM Products, FUM encourages you to seek medical attention and discontinue the use of our product. 

Keep products out of reach from children and pets. Pregnant women are strongly encouraged to consult a physician before using essential oils. Using FUM products in extremely high volumes is not recommended (over 100 breaths). Consult a doctor before the use of FUM products, researching medical literature before using essential oils is encouraged by FUM. In addition, FUM encourages anyone who has health concerns or are taking perception medications to consult with a doctor prior to product use to prevent medication interactions with essential oils.

When purchasing any FUM product, you are agreeing the FUM's Terms of Service.

What do we do with your information?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give, such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting your information and using it for that specific reason only.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

In instances where your is suspected or flagged for fraud, we may request additional personal information for verification purposes of your order information and/or payment details.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Cores Club

By signing up for the Cores Club subscription ("Subscription"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

A. Subscription Service:

The Cores Club subscription is a recurring monthly service that grants you access to exclusive benefits and features on our website.

B. Automatic Renewal:

Upon subscribing to the Cores Club, your membership will automatically renew monthly unless you cancel it. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to automatically charge the monthly subscription fee to your chosen payment method.

C. Subscription Fee:

The monthly subscription fee for the Cores Club will be clearly stated at the time of sign-up. Subscription fees are subject to change.

D. Billing Cycle:

Your subscription will be billed on a monthly basis, starting from the date of your initial sign-up. The billing cycle will continue until you choose to cancel your subscription.

E. Cancellation:

You may cancel your Cores Club subscription at any time by accessing your account settings on our website, or by reaching out to us at [email protected].

F. Refunds:

For any questions on refunds please reach out to the support team. If a subscription is cancelled, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.

G. Eligibility:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel subscriptions at our discretion.

H. Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the responsibility of the Cores Club member to review these terms periodically for any updates or changes.

By subscribing to the Cores Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

By opting-in to FÜM’s messaging program called "FÜM", you consent to receiving marketing text messages (e.g. cart reminders from information collected via cookies) at the telephone number, including Short Message Service (SMS) messages. FÜM has full control of its messaging program and reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages.
  2. No Condition for Purchase or Services. Your decision to opt into FÜM’s messaging program is not a condition of purchasing any good or service.
